KA210 YOU
3G

To empower disadvantaged youth, a critical demographic for the future of the European Union and Europe as a whole, we aim to enhance their awareness of global challenges such as climate change and global warming. This initiative seeks to actively involve young people in the decision-making and solution-generation processes, while simultaneously fostering their sensitivity towards environmental issues. By promoting cross-border cooperation, we intend to create a platform where these young individuals can gain valuable experience and contribute to shaping a sustainable future.

     Project Activities:

     1. **Face-to-Face Meeting (FRA) – F2F:** A key event bringing together 8 representatives from participating organizations to facilitate direct engagement, networking, and collaborative planning. This meeting will serve as a foundation for ongoing cooperation and provide a space to discuss strategies for increasing youth involvement in climate action.

      2. **Guidebook - *Green Greener the Greenest* (3G):** This comprehensive guide will provide practical information and strategies for individuals and organizations on how to contribute to a greener future. It will address key topics such as sustainable practices, renewable energy, and carbon reduction, offering actionable insights that empower youth to take personal responsibility for environmental issues.

      3. **Local Educational Workshop – *Renewables and Sustainable Future* (RSF):** A workshop with 80 participants from 4 organizations, designed to educate young people on the importance of renewable energy and sustainable living. This activity will encourage critical thinking and equip youth with the knowledge needed to contribute to environmental conservation efforts within their local communities.

     4. **Exploring Sustainable Tech in Nature (ITA):** An educational, hands-on visit for 8 representatives to explore cutting-edge sustainable technologies in natural settings. This experience will offer firsthand exposure to innovative solutions and demonstrate the practical applications of sustainable technologies in preserving the environment.

     5. **Green Eco Promotion (GEP):** A public outreach initiative targeting 120 participants from 4 countries and reaching a minimum of 10,000 visitors. This campaign will focus on raising awareness about environmental issues, promoting sustainable lifestyles, and encouraging active participation in climate action across Europe.

     6. **Regular Online Meetings for Project Sustainability and Collaboration:** Ongoing digital meetings will ensure continuous communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among project partners, enhancing the long-term sustainability of the initiative and fostering a strong network of youth-driven environmental advocacy.,

Expected Impact: Through this initiative, disadvantaged youth will gain a deeper understanding of the environmental challenges facing Europe and the world. They will become more aware of the impact of human activities on carbon emissions and the broader implications for climate change. This increased awareness will enhance their environmental sensitivity, while also reinforcing their sense of European identity and collective responsibility in addressing global issues. Participants will learn to recognize the significance of individual actions in reducing carbon footprints, with a particular focus on recycling, energy consumption, sustainable food practices, and eco-friendly transportation. As a result, they will be empowered to adopt environmentally responsible behaviors and contribute to the global efforts aimed at mitigating climate change. Ultimately, these young people will emerge as informed, engaged citizens who are not only conscious of the environmental challenges Europe faces but are also actively involved in generating solutions to secure a sustainable future for generations to come.
