Social Inclusion Through Entrepreneurship
The Erasmus+ KA153 international training course “Social Inclusion Through Entrepreneurship” was successfully implemented in Dalaman from March 1 to 8, 2025. Within the framework of this Erasmus+ initiative, youth workers, educators, academic professionals, and master trainers from Germany 🇩🇪, Portugal 🇵🇹, North Macedonia 🇲🇰, Latvia 🇱🇻, and Bulgaria 🇧🇬 convened in Dalaman to exchange expertise and best practices on promoting social inclusion through entrepreneurship.
Coordinated by Dalaman Erasmus Coordinator Ferda Güngör, the project provided participants with in-depth training on utilizing entrepreneurial thinking as a tool for social empowerment and inclusion. Throughout the program, interactive workshops, collaborative group activities, and knowledge-sharing sessions were conducted, enabling participants to develop innovative methods and strategies to foster inclusive growth and equal opportunities within their local contexts.
The initiative enhanced international cooperation and promoted innovation in non-formal education, focusing on strengthening entrepreneurial and social competencies among young people and educators. By integrating theory with practice, participants examined the role of entrepreneurship in addressing social challenges, thereby contributing to the creation of more equitable and cohesive communities. This Erasmus+ KA153 training activity offered a valuable professional development experience and deepened intercultural understanding among participants. Moreover, it established a strong foundation for sustainable partnerships between the involved countries and organizations, reinforcing the shared European commitment to inclusion, innovation, and active citizenship.
