‘ Fashion Reimagined: XR & Circular Economy for a Sustainable Future’ 

 

     Our project aims to get inspiration from the successful initiative by the French government, which advocates for repairing clothes and shoes to curb the growing fast fashion waste crisis. In sustainable fashion, the third step focuses on donating or recycling items instead of disposing of them. Unusable textile products should be recycled to complete the sustainability cycle. Through this project, we aim to educate young people on how to dress both stylishly and responsibly by raising awareness.

 

     Impact of the project; 

 

• Development of EcoThread Module suitable for integration into the lesson plans and online available

• XR (Extended Reality) Supported Fashion Wardrobe offering target groups interactive experience to promote eco-friendly fashion habits

• Organization of *Global eTwinning Fashion Show, each with a minimum of 200 participants, to promote the EcoThread and XR Enabled Fashion Wardrobe

• 5 Minute craft videos shoot by students promoting the reuse and recycling of clothing.
